About This Coffee
Ethiopia Yirgacheffe comes from the small but famous Yirgacheffe region, widely regarded as producing some of the finest coffee in the world. Grown at elevations between 1,700 and 2,200 metres, these beans develop a remarkably delicate and floral character. Processed using the dry natural method, the result is a clean, light-bodied cup with bright citrus notes that linger beautifully. This is a coffee for those who appreciate nuance and complexity.
