Terms & Conditions

Service Agreement

Minimum 6-month service agreement. Month-to-month after the initial term. Cancel with 30 days written notice after the initial period.

Machine Ownership

Machines are provided on loan for the duration of your agreement. We handle all maintenance and repairs at no extra cost. Machine is returned if the agreement ends.

Pricing & Billing

Monthly invoicing based on products consumed. Volume discounts available for larger offices. Custom quotes provided after consultation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there an upfront cost for the machine?
The coffee machine is provided as part of your service agreement. Pricing is based on your consumption plan.
What if the machine breaks down?
We handle all repairs and maintenance at no extra charge. If a machine needs servicing, we'll provide a replacement unit while yours is being repaired.
Can we change our bean selection?
Absolutely. You can switch between any of our roast profiles and blends at any replenishment visit. We also offer seasonal and limited-edition options.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve businesses in the Kitchener-Waterloo and Tri-Cities (Cambridge) area. Contact us if you're just outside this area and we'll see what we can do.
How many people can one machine serve?
It depends on the machine. Our bean-to-cup units handle 5-50 cups per day comfortably. For larger offices, we offer commercial-grade equipment or multiple machines.
Do you supply tea and other beverages?
Yes. We can include a selection of premium teas, hot chocolate and other beverages as part of your replenishment package.
