Terms & Conditions
Booking & Deposits
A 30% deposit secures your wedding date. A second payment of 30% is due 60 days before. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the wedding. We recommend booking 3-6 months in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Full deposit refund if cancelled 90+ days before the wedding. 50% deposit refund for 60-89 days. No refund within 60 days. Date changes are free with 60+ days notice, subject to availability.
Liability & Insurance
Café O carries comprehensive commercial liability insurance covering all wedding events. We meet all Ontario food safety and handling requirements. Venue-specific insurance certificates available on request.
