About This Coffee
Our Brazil single-origin is sourced from the Cerrado region — a vast tropical and subtropical forest covering twenty percent of Brazil. The beans are processed using the traditional dry (natural) method, where coffee cherries are laid out in the sun on large concrete pads. This produces a distinctively zesty and complex cup with layered tones of sugar, fruit, and berries. Grown between 900 and 1,250 metres above sea level, this is a versatile medium roast that shines in every brew method.
